Willow Oak Farms' Birthday Party Packages

Package Option # 1 - Up to 12 Children 

Cost |  $200 + $1.50 per additional child

This Package includes:

• Party space for 1.5 - hour window
• 30 minutes before setup time & 30 minutes after clean-up time
• Tables and chairs included
• 12 kiddie scoops (2oz) of ice cream - kids choice of flavor 
  • $1.50 per additional kiddie scoop after 12
  • Additional charge of $12.00 to up grade 12 scoops to single scoop (4oz) 
• Access to free outdoor play area
• Access to the farm animals
• Party hostess to assist with party
• Hayride around the farm (20 minutes) 

Does not Include / Parents Provide:

• Birthday cake or cupcakes
• Drinks or Water
• All decorations - tablecloths, plates, napkins, utensils, cups, etc.
  

Package Option # 2 - Up to 12 Children

Cost | $350 + $10 per additional child

This Package Includes: 

• Choice of party theme - Farm Animals, Tractor, Ice Cream, Western, or Cowgirl Decorations 
• Decorations from chosen theme - cups, plates, napkins, tablecloth, utensils, photo booth wall and birthday banner
• Includes up to 12 kiddie scoops (2oz) of ice cream - kids choice of flavor
  • Additional charge of $12.00 to up grade 12 scoops to single scoop (4oz) 
• Drinks : Fruit Punch (red or blue) or Water 
• 12 Treat bags for guests
• Party space for 1.5 - hour window
• Activity - Themed coloring sheets and crayons 
• Set-up and clean-up by our staff
• Tables and chairs included
• Party host to assist with party
• Access to free outdoor play area
• Access to farm animals
• Hayride around the farm 

Does not Include / Parents Provide:

• Birthday cake or cupcakes
• Balloons

*Add-on to either package, admission to the indoor farm-themed play area, $5.00 per person (children & adults).  Adults are required to be in the indoor play area with children at all times.
