Party Package
Celebrate your child's special day at Willow Oak Farms! Experience farm life as you and your guest interact with our farm animals, play on our playground and dirt piles! Round out your time at the farm with a tractor wagon ride!
Farmer Package
Cost | $350
Package Includes:
- Private Party space (shelter) for 2 hours
- 1 kiddie scoop (4oz) of ice cream per child - kid's choice of flavor
- 30 minute setup time prior to party
- Tables and chairs included (accommodates approx 36 individuals)
- Access to The Barnyard Indoor Play Area for children and adults
- Access to outdoor play area
- Access to the farm animals
- Private wagon ride around the farm (15 minutes, can hold approx 30 individuals)
- Staff clean-up party
- Second Child Birthday Included - Additional Fee $75.00
*Outside food allowed
*Decorations allowed except for confetti -- if balloons are brought to decorate with, please be advised that they are not to be popped on the farm as they are a choking hazard for the children as well as our animals. All balloons must be taken with you when you leave. NO BALLOONS ALLOWED IN THE INDOOR PLAY AREA!

*Saturdays 11:00am-1:00pm, 11:30am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-4:30pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm
*Sundays 2:30pm-4:30pm & 3:00pm-5:00pm
**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING**:
1) The Barnyard Indoor Play Area is not heated and cooled, it is an open-air barn with fans.
2) The Barnyard Indoor Play Area can NOT be reserved for a private party. There may be another party at the same time and/or the public playing at the same time as your party guests.
3) No food or drinks are allowed in the Barnyard Play Area. If it is raining, we have covered shelters where your party takes place. Your party can NOT be moved into the indoor play area.
4) We cater to children ages 0-7 with our indoor play area but have had older children enjoy our space. We ask that parents ensure children 8+ are playing safely with smaller children and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave due to destructive or unsafe behavior.

Add A Mini
Add on a miniature farm animal meet and greet to take your party to the next level! We will bring the animal of your choice to your party area at a desginated time! This includes treats for your guests to feed the animal!

Birthday Party Policies
Dates & Times
- Our dates are first come, first serve
- We offer morning and afternoon birthday times on Saturdays and Sundays
Refund Policies
- Once booked online, your date and time will be reserved.
- Please note our birthday parties take place under our outdoor shelter, which are covered and protected from the rain. However, we understand that rain does affect the children's ability to play on the outdoor play area and possibly partake in the wagon ride and visit with the animlas. If it rains on the day of your party, you can request to reschedule your party for another day and time that is available.
- If the wagon ride cannot take place due to rain or cancellation on our part the day of your party, a $25 credit to use at The Scoop! will be provided to you at the end of your party.
- If you would like to cancel your booked party, it must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of the party in order to receive a refund; minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
Supervision
- Adults must always be present and supervising children on all areas of the farm.
- At no time will Willow Oak Farms or it's staff supervise children in the party area, on the outdoor play area, in the Barnyard Indoor play area, or on the wagon ride. All children must be supervised by their parent or a responsible adult the entire time they are on the farm premises.
