Birthday Parties at Willow Oak Farms

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking your party. An information email will be sent by our staff the Wednesday, prior to your scheduled party date.

If a date is highlighted red on the booking calendar, this means all time slots for that day are sold out. 

We cater to children ages 0-7 with our indoor play Area, but have had older children enjoy our space. We ask that parents ensure children 8+ are playing safely with smaller children and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave due to destructive or unsafe behavior.

Throughout the year there will be dates and/or time slots that will be blocked out.  This is due to events or other reservations taking place on the farm. 

Yes. We allow outside food and drinks to be brought or catered for your party. NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the farm. 

Yes. While we want you to be able to decorate for your child's party we do have a few rules that need to be followed. We do NOT allow any confetti or shredded paper to be used on our farm as it poses a choking hazard for our animals. If you choose to have balloons at your party, they are NOT allowed to be popped or disposed of on our farm. NO TAPE is allowed to be used on the side of the shop, tables, or chairs for decorations. If you need to hang any decorations you are allowed to use Command Strips, but they must be removed at the end of your party.

We do not cancel parties due to rain. Our shelters are built very large and wide, which helps decrease the amount of rain that can get into the party area. We understand rain can affect some activities on the farm, but rest assured children will still be able to enjoy the party. While we have the indoor play area, parties cannot be held inside due to the limited space, potential of overcrowding, and no food or drinks are allowed in the play area.

We do not allow extended time to be added to parties. In order to keep our schedules flowing smoothly and allow our staff time to clean and prepare shelters, all parties end promptly at the 2 hour mark.

No. The Barnyard is and open-air barn with fans during hot weather.

No. The Barnyard CANNOT be reserved for a private party. There may be another party and/or the public playing inside at the same time as your party guests.

Parties are self-guided. This allows you and your guests to choose which activities you would like to do throughout the party. Our staff is always on the farm if you have any questions or concerns.

One of our staff members will make an announcement over our intercom speakers for your party guest to return to the birthday shelter for children's ice cream. The Barnyard Play Area will close at this time to allow you the last 45 minutes for Party Time, a chance to do cake, ice cream, gifts, etc.
