What is the Refund Policy?
This ticket is non-refundable! Cancellations must be 30 days in advance of the first date of the class. We understand scheduling and would be happy to move your class time to another available time slot in the same session, if space is available. Your purchased ticket is non-transferable and can not be transferred to another session.
What if I have more than one child ages 1 to 5 years old and I want both to participate?
One additional sibling is discounted. Children under 1 are free and can attend with you and your paying child. Any child 1 years and older will be required to have a ticket to participate.
Is there an additional cost for a second parent to attend?
Both parents are welcome to attend, free of charge! Please be reminded that our classes are small to ensure every child has the chance to participate and that additional adults and siblings that attend may be a distraction or may affect the experience of the children enrolled in the class.
What does my payment include?
Your payment allows your child and you, or your person of choice (grandparent, babysitter, nanny, etc.), to join our Barnyard Buddies class once per week here on our farm, on your chosen day of the week and time, for five (5) consecutive weeks! Once you choose the day and time, you will not be able to move that day and time unless we have another spot available.
What are the classes?
Each week your child will enjoy learning about a new farm animal or item on the farm! There will be a story time, farm activities, hands-on animal interactions, and a take home craft item at each class!
What if I miss a class?
To keep class sizes small and ensure a quality experience, we are unable to offer credit for a missed class but would be happy to allow you to attend a make-up class if space is available. Please note that the theme changes weekly, only allowing for make-up classes to be made up that same week that you miss your class, if space is available. Missed classes are not refundable or pro-rated once you enroll in a session.
What is our weather policy?
Classes are Rain or Shine unless otherwise notified via email! If we cancel class due to weather, we will try our best to add a class to our schedule to make-up the missed class. If it's storming, thundering and lightening, we will have class under our shelter!
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are welcome! Most of the farm is grass so a stroller can be difficult in some spots if it has rained.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required, as we try our best to keep fire ants and other pests out of our farm school area, we can't completely eleiminate them from our farm! Rain or muck boots are highly recommended, especially after rain! Long pants are recommended if you react to hay/grass or animal hair. Please be reminded that you are on a farm and you and /or your child may get dirty! Overalls are optional!
Can older siblings attend?
As much as we love children of all ages, these classes are intended for little ones. If you must bring older siblings, they can participate for $25 per class, payable the day of the class attended.
